Purchase Agreement
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal. All animals will be held for 30 days while shipping arrangements are made. After the 30 days a $3 a day boarding charge will occur unless other arrangements have been made. Shipping, health certificates, and any testing costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I do ship out of General Mitchell airport in Milwaukee. A $60 fee will apply for
animals needing to be delivered to the airport. Due to stress and shipping, once the animal leaves the farm I can not guarantee
health. All animals will be sold and leave in good health!
Reservations on kidding schedule: I do my best to match every buyer up with exactly what they are looking for in a Nigerian Dwarf dairy goat. I want all of my customers to be Extremely happy! Due to the raising costs I am taking deposits on reservations. All reservations will be put down on order of contact. If for what ever reason you reservation can not be fulfilled you can transfer your reservation to another breeding. If you do not wish to transfer it to another breeding it will be held over to the next year! Should an animal be sold bred I can not responsibility for an animal if it aborts once it leaves the farm. The only way to guarantee a bred doe is through an ultrasound that can be done at buyers expense. I will hold the doe for 30 days after the breeding to see if they go back into season. If they do not go into season and the buyer chooses to wait for an ultrasound boarding fees will apply after the 30 days.
Breeder reserves the right to retain first choice from any breeding. I test yearly for CAE and Johnes. Do to time restraints I can not guarantee the time of year that tests are done,
though usually they are done in the Spring.
I do accept paypal!
